Burntwood Tavern Restaurants to Offer New Mardi Gras Celebration Menu

Exclusive Mardi Gras Menu Runs January 23rd - February 13th

Chef Art Pour Restaurant Group has announced Burntwood Tavern’s 2018 Mardi Gras menu which begins on January 23rd and runs through February 13th, Fat Tuesday.  The seasonal menu will be offered in Burntwood’s 9 Northeast Ohio locations. 

Mardi Gras menu offerings include crawfish cakes with creole mustard sauce, seafood gumbo, shrimp po’ boy sandwich, Cajun cobb shrimp salad, jambalaya, blackened chicken, and crawfish cakes.

Scratch-made pecan pie topped with pralines and cream ice cream is exclusive to the limited time menu. Burntwood Tavern also offers the Hurricane, a signature drink special for the season, which consists of light and dark rum, fresh orange and pineapple juice, topped with grenadine. Abita Mardi Gras Bock brewed with pale, pilsner and caramel malts will be available on this exclusive Mardi Gras menu.
